If you're not super dubber happy with your recent purchase, we can fix this, sugar! Check out the information below about how to return the item(s). If you have any questions, send me a telegram to email@example.com
How to Return
· Please contact me before returning any item(s) at firstname.lastname@example.org
· Note that we´re based in Bangkok, Thailand and you cover the full cost of the return (postage, customs, etc).
· You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it.
· We are NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are your responsibility.
· Provide us with a tracking number and a package ID for the return shipment, in order for us to follow the shipment.
· Send the products well packaged, with the tag on and in their original packaging. Seal it properly to avoid damage. You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment.
· If you want to switch to another product, you need to return the item and place a new order.
· If the product is damaged, it will not be refunded.
· We cannot/will not accept a return package if import taxes apply.
· We do NOT refund sale items, or any item bought with a discount code.
· If the product is damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.
· We will pay the amount to be refunded as soon as possible and within 14 days of the return notification.
· We will however delay the payment until we have received the withdrawn products.
· The refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.
